Description

Let’s Launch into STEM using a fun drone-themed program. Calling all adventurous boys and girls in 1st to 3rd grade. Students will tackle real-world drone-themed challenges!

This camp will include physical play, unplugged coding, math games, hands-on build challenges & prompt engineering. Students will take on park adventures and high-tech scenarios. Students will get a taste of the booming drone industry, making STEM relatable and exciting! Students will be focusing on counting, matching, sorting, combining, and problem solving.

These high-energy movement games immerse students in the stories, making math fun and interactive. This magical experience will help young students learn about prompt engineering through adventurous tales, enhancing skills in communicating effectively with AI. Hands-on Build Challenges designed to familiarize budding innovators with the engineering design process, offering a practical approach to creativity and problem-solving. This program does not include Drones but will set kids up for a Drone program they can join in 4th grade.

Objectives

  • Students will learn about Drones, hands-on building challenges, coding, AI, prompt engineering and have fun learning from an organized curriculum. 

  • Children will learn how to work in small groups on drone inspired challenges.
