Director Loey Knapp
Loey Knapp is a retired Information Technology specialist with over thirty years of experience as a project manager for IBM, software designer for Kodaikanal International School, and associate CIO, then CIO at the University of Montana.
Her interest is in experiential learning and its application to computing and entrepreneurship. She is excited about the potential for the students who find that learning is about acquiring skills but also having fun in the process.

Board Member: Scott Seibert
Scott Seibert has been an elementary teacher since 2004. He has taught almost every grade level from kindergarten to eighth grade. He loves watching students problem solve and the successes that come along the way.
He is currently teaching Computer Science at Stevensville Middle School to 6th, 7th and 8th graders and looks forward to working with your child and seeing the awesome things they create!

Board Member: Annette Wagner
Annette Wagner spent 30 years working in hi-tech as a user interface designer. She has collected 21 patents working for companies like Apple Computer and Sun Microsystems. She currently runs a website design business and is a working artist.
In conjunction with the CyberMontana Initiative, she teaches classes using Rasberry Pi computers that explore cyber security and wiring projects.
Her intention is to creatively find ways to broaden the kinds of classes taught by Coding for Kids to reach more kids in the Bitterroot Valley.

Board Member: Kate Kowal
Kate Kowal is the middle school librarian as well as the liaison between Coding for Kids and Stevensville Schools. Since her son started school 8 years ago she has been very active in his schools and communities - helping run book fairs, fundraisers, potlucks, and more. Kate has a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University and is passionate about making sure all students have access to classes across the STEAM spectrum.
Kate's role with Coding for Kids is to promote and support the program within the school and the community. She also assists our teachers and students with anything they need to make the classes a success.
Stevensville Public Schools
Stevensville Public Schools provides computer labs, internet access, and a coordinated curriculum plan for grades 1 – 12.
